Nowadays, globalization is pushing enterprises to confront new challenges, probably the most important is to be competitive in the market; for SMEs such scenario difficult since big companies have more capacity and production. In response to this problem, today we can see new organizations forms. Enterprises are creating Collaborative Networked Organizations (CNO) to increment their capabilities and competencies and therefore be more competitive. Particularly we worked with probably the more dynamic CNO type: Dynamic Virtual Organizations (VO). By joining in a VO, enterprises are able to participate in bigger contracts and therefore get more profits. However, operate a VO when their members are geographically dispersed is not easy and affordable by SMEs, therefore there is a need for technologies that minimize those problems and allow VOs be created, operated, evolved and dissolved dynamically. This document concentrates on VOs creation enabling enterprises to plug their applications to business processes and therefore collaborate. It is presented a software kit that enable users make such integration as plug and play components. The main technologies used are Business Process Management, as the collaboration orchestrator between enterprises; and Web Services, as the connection driver between a business process and enterprises’ applications. The software kit is demonstrated with three processes: the request for quotation process, the production forecast process and the sales forecast process. Those processes are reused plugging different enterprise applications and also a Production Sales Forecast Process is generated using two of the processes mentioned.
