Manual de evaluación docente para la Escuela Living

Abstract

Resumen El presente proyecto de investigación en educación, en el cual se capacitó a docentes sobre la evaluación educativa con el fin de desarrollar un manual en evaluación diagnóstica, formativa y sumativa para la institución educativa Escuela Living, la cual esta ubicada en Colombia. Los participantes en la intervención fueron docentes, personal administrativo y académico de la institución. Previo al inicio de las capacitaciones se les realizó un pre-test a los participantes para identificar el nivel de conocimiento que traían acerca de los distintos tipos de evaluación, el cual arrojó un resultado promedio de 8.7 puntos. Una vez se finalizó el proceso, se les repitió el test para saber cómo salían del proceso y validar sí había aumentado su conocimiento o no sobre los tres tipos de evaluación que se han mencionado y el resultado fue satisfactorio en la medida que el resultado promedio del test fue de 9.9 puntos de 10 posibles.

Abstract

The present research project in education, in which teachers were trained on educational evaluation to develop a manual on diagnostic, formative and summative evaluation for the Escuela Living educational institution, which is in Colombia. The participants in the intervention were teachers, administrative and academic staff of the institution. Prior to the start of the training, a pre-test was carried out on the participants to identify the level of knowledge they brought about the different types of evaluation, which yielded an average result of 8.7 points. Once the process was finished, the test was repeated to see how they came out of the process and to validate whether their knowledge had increased or not about the three types of evaluation that have been mentioned and the result was satisfactory to the extent that the average result of the test was 9.9 points out of 10 possible.
