The Shaping Skills platform aims to provide meaningful insights related to the actual demand for different Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs). By analyzing hundreds of thousands of job posts using modern NLP techniques, we aim to provide a clear map of the current state of distinct occupations organized by sectors and their required KSAs. This data will also allow us to identify emerging and decreasing KSA trends. This new information could also be valuable to policymakers, education plan designers, current students, as well as people seeking a new or better job.
